How to change the position of power of colorbar ?

The position of the power (10^-5)in the colorbar is in upper position. What do I do to bring it down to the bottom.
[X,Y] = meshgrid(-1000:10:1000);
Z = exp(-(X.^2+Y.^2)/1E5)*1E6;
figure
surf(X,Y,Z, 'EdgeColor','none')
grid on
colormap(hot)
hcb = colorbar;

An alternative is to change the location of colorbar to bottom
