How do I install offline documentation for MATLAB releases prior to R2023a?

When you install a product in a release prior to R2023a, it's documentation is downloaded automatically without the option to exclude it.The only exception to this is when products are installed with MATLAB Package Manager (MPM) on Linux. MPM excludes documentation and examples from all MATLAB installations, including releases earlier than R2023a, unless the "--doc" flag is used.
