Hello everyone,
I am MSc student and recently started working on image processing. I have following issue that I cannot overcome.
I have 89 PET MRI slices, taken from my phantom, and when I read them to MATLAB, using dicomread, I obtain sagittal view. But I need them into coronal view. Is there any solution for that in MATLAB.
or I should re-orient my phantom and re-take my images?
Also I tried medicalVolume functions but I could not find any solution for converting slices into coronal plane?

What's wrong with just using shiftdim(), permute(), flip(), rot90() as needed?
