Polar Axis with Specific Jumps

Hi,

I want to plot a polar axes when there is specific jumps on the R direction and other jumps on the theta direction.

In R is 1/20 from 0 to 1, and theta is 2pi/32 from 0 to 2pi.

How can I do it?
