Generate Square pulses with pause

I am using the data acquisition toolbox to generate pulses with a National Instruments DAQ USB 6221. I want to generate square pulses using the counter output of the device. The pulses are of predefined duty cycle and frequency. I want to send 2 pulses and then pause for a fixed time and resend again the same to pulses.
How can I do that?
