I'm using MATLAB 2024b on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, and I've noticed that the font size of the user interface (UI) is too small for comfortable use. I've searched through the preferences and settings, but I couldn't find any option to adjust the font size.
Does anyone know how to increase the font size of the UI, such as the command window, editor, and overall interface in MATLAB on Ubuntu?

Right-click on any area of the desktop background. This brings up a menu. Click on Display Settings, then Displays. Choose the Scale setting to the value you want. (The default is 100%, I have mine set at 125%.) This affects the entire desktop. The Terminal has its own separate scale as well. Left-click on the three horizontal bars icon at the top to change that scale. (There may be others as well. These are the only ones I have found so far. Individual applications may have their own separate scales.)
I am currently using 22.04.02 LTS, however this should work for others as well.
For MATLAB specifically, click on the Preferences gear icon in the top toolstrip, then select Fonts, and go from there.
