I have run a code on my windows system which produced absolute fine plots. Now when I tried to run the same codes on my Linux system, the output of the eps format plots are fine but in the window where just after running the code the plots are displayed, the plots turn out to be hazy and blurry to a very bad extent. almost 90% of each line in the plot is erased out. Imagine you have the plot on a paper and you scan that document with your phone and then increase the document brightness so much that the lines start to fade out. Kindof like that. I tried running the opengl hardware
opengl( 'save', 'hardware' )
commands. Nothing of these worked. The command rendererinfo shows webgl is opening and I have no clue how to fix this issue.

Note that as of R2025a, OpenGL rendering is no longer used; all rendering is done through WebGL including for figure() and uifigure();

One option could be to upgrade to 24.04. (I have not had problems similar to the ones you are reporting using 24.04, although my hardware is different from yours.)
First, copy all your user files and any saved MATLAB preferences (if you changed them from the defaults) to an SD card or USB drive, because upgrading the OS will delete your user files. You can reload them later.

Click on 'Show Apps' in the lower left of the screen (bottom of the left taskbar), then on the second page (the right-arrow on the right of the screen), click on 'Software Updater'. That will download and install the latest correct drivers for your installation.
You will not need to do anything else other than to click on the correct radio buttons in the app window. Itt may be necessary to reboot your computer afterwards. Click on the date display at the top of the screen to see if that is necessary.
(This applies to 24.04. I believe it should also apply to 22.04, however I do not know that for sure.)
