Lego Mindstorms NXT Support Package

Hi all I can´t install the Lego Mindstorms NXT Support Package. I have the student license of my University. On the other side, I've installed the Arduino Support package without any problem (for discarding that the problem is the licence or login, the connection or something related) I've added an image with the failure message. I don't have any MathWorks strange directory, as I've checked in other forums that it could be the problem.

Without knowing what the error message is, I know I've run into trouble installing the support package when the install folder is not "clean".

What you can try is

1. Go to the hardware support package install folder (typically on Windows it's C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2014b , for example)
2. Delete all the contents of the folder
3. Restart MATLAB and try installing the support package again
