i am unable to get proper operations at 10 KHz speed of the "Repeating Sequence" block of Simulink under SimPowerSystems/Control& Measurements Library. With time values [0 1e-4 1e-4] for values [0 1e-4 0] the output is zero when run for 1 sec.

1. The "Repeating Sequence" block of Simulink under SimPowerSystems/Control& Measurements Library, is not working at higher frequencies. With time values [0 1e-4 1e-4] & for values [0 1e-4 0], there is no output displayed in the scope when the program is run for 1 sec, a duration much higher than the repeating sequence.

2. If the program be run for a time of 0.0002 sec even then the peak value of ramps do not reach the defined peak, the end of ramp line is slant and not vertical. These are shown in capturem, attached.

For 10khz output, use time value: (0 (1/10e3) and amplitude value: (0 1), then use less sampling time in solver, typically 2e-6 as fixed type, if you are using simpower system tools combination, use sample time 2e-6 at power gui, also use 2e-6 for sample time in scope settings.
