How to write a code for numerical analysis problem

I don't know how to write this program in matlab since I haven't had mush experience with the subject. Any help would be greatly appreciate, thanks!

See the documentation for for loops. In MATLAB, loop indexing begins at 1, not 0, so consider that when you write your code. Also, see Array vs. Matrix Operations to do the exponentiation.
