Matlab/Simulink 2015b freezes on OS X EL Capitan 10.11.1

Hello,

I'm having an issue where just scrolling the menu options in Simulink when viewing an open model causes the program to freeze and it has to be force quit. Matlab seems to work ok, but Simulink does not. Just going from File dropdown menu, to Edit, to View, Display, etc -- it will freeze occasionally.

I just bought and installed this software yesterday, and it said it's compatible with this operating system. My computer I don't think is the issue -- I'm running 16 GB of RAM, SSD hard drive - it's a MacBook Pro Mid-2012, 2.5 GHz Intel i5 processor.

Anyone else have similar problems? Seems weird -- not even doing anything taxing - just looking around the menus and it freezes.
