my code for LDPC BER evaluation is working only for all zero codeword. For random messages, it is not working properly and my BER curve is bad...Why is it so?I used minimum sum algorithm.H matrix is 2500x5000 MacKay and Neal LDPC matrix.I encode message using Genrator matrix obtained from H.
