retreiving values from an sql database in matlab gui

pls I am new to matlab so I am basically a fresher. I am working on a project. I have an sql database with a table containing two fields:name and address. I know how to connect the database to matlab, i have also created my gui, the gui has an editbox, pushbutton and static box so that if I input the name in the editbox, click on the pushbutton the address appears on the static box. pls i will appreciate to see what the code will or might look like.

If you know how to connect to the database and you know how to create those boxes and buttons, then what question are you asking?
