How to use matlab bioinformatics toolbox to get Molecular Location (start/end) of a gene on chromosome?
example: Use a matlab function to get start/end of gene BIN1 on chromosome 2 Molecular Location on chromosome 2: base pairs 127,048,022 to 127,107,399

It depends on what type of data and what format you have. Is your gene model file a GTF file?
