Hello my dear friends, i'd like to ask you, if some one of you know how to avoid the current flow?, in those switches of solid state, because I've seem an important current flow through those devices even those devices are polarized in inverse mode, when those has a "0" in the gate. Please help me with it.

I realize this answer is too late, but is this current flow happening because of the diode?
