How to extract transfer function coefficient accurately from imported bode plot data

I have exported bode plot data from a SPICE simulator to .csv file and imported it into MATLAB.

I have tried tfest from the system identification toolbox. I plot the bode plot in MATLAB based on the estimated coefficient from tfest. The bode plot does not match with the one in SPICE. I guess this is because I do not know the actual order of the whole system.

Could someone help me on how to extract the transfer function WITHOUT knowing the order of the system. Or how to decide the positions of zeros and poles directly from the imported data.

You have to experiment with the order if you don’t know it from the system that created your data.
