How to detect disturbance ?

Hi

I'm working on a project i wanna use positive negative and zero sequence from current waveform to detect disturbance the propose of doing this is to detect fault on transmission line 3 phase but dont know how to do this do you guys suggest any idea ?? do you know ho do i detect disturbance considering condition i mentioned ??

p.s: sharing any file would be highly appreciated in advanced

Simscape electrical has tools to help you extract sequence values from measurements that you can incorporate into a detection algorith. While I can't commen on the best algorithm to use, you should use these blocks as a starting point:
