hi, am working on a tooth separation problem and in that i need to join the ends in order to complete the boundary. but i dnt know how to do it. pls help me out its urgent....

Am working on dental images and in that working on tooth isolation, I did a watershed algorithm and took rigid line information to separate the joining. after removing the joining pixels some boundary information of each tooth. I have attached the output I got and output that I expect. pls help out with some technique that automatically results in the expected output.
