GUI Table for list of inputs

Hi, I want to create two tables. The first one to take the inputs from the user and the second one to show the output. I want the user to be able to enter list of (BP,FVF,GG,API,and TEMP) ,and the result would be shown on the second table (GOR). The simulate button passes through Artificial neural network (5 inputs and 1 output) if this helps.

Any help ?

I want the first table to be perceived as the input to the neural network and the results to be displayed in the second table.
