Detect bright object in image

Could you please help me related to identify exactly central coordination of bright Objects in an image. For example, in image below, i want to know the exact position of each LED. Thanks for your help.

Try this:

binaryImage = grayImage > 128;
[labeledImage, numSpots] = bwlabel(binaryImage);
props = regionrops(labeledImage, 'Centroid');

props is a structure array where Centroid is a field of the structure. You can get a table variable out instead of a structure array if you want.
