Processing web cam signal

Hi I have 3 LED lights placed in front of webcam. The LEDs are spaced at some specific distance. when ever the coordinates of the LED change the web cam has to recognize the direction of the movement.My problem is that the other light sources are also processed along with the LEDs. I want that the input from these lights should me made like a matrix and all other should be rejected . how can I do it
