Can anyone help how to come up with S- Function code for this equation? or can i use Mupad?

I'm having trouble to come up with a S-Function coding for this equation.
Or can i use MuPad?

Do you have to write S-function? MATLAB Function will also do it for this case.

I'm trying to do transient analysis. But since S Function is part of simulink which i'm familiar with, i thought S function seems the answer. Not really familiar with anything other than simulink. Any tutorial to use matlab function?
