How can I generate these signals in Simulink?

The signals are :
Tb is bit time = 0.001s Basically. First is square wave with 50% duty cycle and second is with 100 percent duty cycle. I tried using Pulse Generator, it is not giving me negative output and it does not let me choose 100 for duty cycle.
How can I do this in Simulink?

When I run this model, I am getting signals up to Tb. After I am getting zero. The signals above are periodic with period Tb. What should I change to get the signal after Tb instead of zero.
