How to realize the coupled transfer function in simulink?

I have two equations which are coupled with each other. The inputs to the entire system is V_a and Q.
I need to get the Omega as the output. All the other parameters are constants. The final output is Omega. Can anyone help how to realize the above equation in Simulink?
