in a ct image of brain , we have both skull and mandible..is it possible to segment each of them individually?

in a ct image of brain , we have both skull and mandible..is it possible to segment each of them individually?At the end of thresholding, w get only the image of skull... next time we threshold we get only mandible..i want to segment it and reconstruct it...i am attaching a jpeg file, since my original file is too big
