I need help making a mathematical model for a 3-D Printed Drug Delivery system

Hello everyone,
I wanted to make a plot of how much drug is being released over time based on the dimensions of by device. I have been using sbiomodel, but it does not but in the factor of the geometry of my drug delivery systen. Any help is much appreciated!

You can use the surf function to make 3d surface plots
