Problem with the .mltbx toolbox file in Matlab 2018a

I download the Mobile Robotics Simulation Toolbox file but it is impossible for me to install it on my Mac OS computer.

The error message is :

Toolbox cannot be installed. Installation path is not accessible.

I tryed several test and also to create the a folder Mobile Robotics Simulation in the Toolbox folder but it does not want to install it.

I have the exact same issue with 2017b

I'm trying to install GUI layout toolbox from file exchange and i get the same error.

I also thought that was a privilige issue so i moved the .mltbx file around and even started Matlab with admin permissions but I still get the same error

I think this is because you're trying to install this on a folder that requires admin/root access.

Try moving the .mltbx file somewhere you know doesn't need elevation, and see if the installer works there?

BTW: Is this for the Mobile Robotics Simulation Toolbox on File Exchange?
