Interaction Plot without all factor levels

Hello everyone,

I´d love to plot my interaction effetcs via "interactionplot". My problem is that I don´t have a fullfactorial design, meaning that not all factor levels are defined. As a result I get the warning:

Error using interactionplot>plotaninteraction (line 312)

Some combinations of factor levels are missing.

Error in interactionplot (line 179)

handles = plotaninteraction(ybar,group{anotheridx},group{idx},...

I do have many different designs containing between 2 and 8 factors, so manual plotting would get very difficult...

Is there any possibility to solve this problem? Is there a workaround?
