Extract numbers from cell array

How do i extract only 64 in this cell structure '-64V_16Cm' ???

Use the regular expressions , i am not sure what the return type you are expecting , tried something like this it worked

given = '-64V_16Cm'

required = regexp(a, '64', 'match')

required = '64'
