Why not able to set comp port in serial communication block

It giving error - error is occures while evaluating apply callback

The most common reasons for this issue is that you didn't install the device driver - do you see your device in the device manager? The Second one is that this COM-port is used by another program right now.

I am using serial configure block in simulink and tried to set comp port. My device avalable in device manager with its comp port number too. I am putting same comp port in serial configure block in simulink, but shows not able to accept.
