how to use covPeriodic and covSE simultenously in Guassian Process Regression

Can somebody please provide a matlab code for Guassian Process Regression (gpr) for the data which seems to be periodic and had non-zero mean.

When I try to use covPeriod then it gives error Matrix dimensions must agree. When I use covSEard it gives almost constant fstar(output).
