earth grid for earth work and land leveling

im a new user of matlab and i think im lost on alot function but i need ur help all for my

bachelor: thats talk about the optimum leveling for land and earthwork generaly

so i get confused how can i do it so if any one have an idea pleas help me by suggest the best way
