Parameterization of a set of vectors by n number of equally spaced points

I have an array of 60 X, Y coordinates for a path, here is a snippet:

1012 1266

1021 1255

1024 1244

1027 1229

1028 1206

1029 1171

1029 1148

1029 1140

1032 1108

1035 1076

1037 1043

1040 1009

I'm new to parameterization and need to parameterize the path by 200 equally spaced points but am not sure where to start.

Any help would be much appreciated.
