Plotting the matrix .

I am working on a project, where I need to plot an equation. The final answer of the equation comes out in the form of matrix. How to plot this matrix with respect to the variable. That is there are 'n' number of matrices corresponding to 'm' values. How to plot these two values. n vs m.?

Think you need to show us the format for a small(ish) example of what is stored how and what you expect to plot against which...I can't follow the description above about who's dependent vis a vis independent, sorry.
