How to make date format correctly according to your own time zone?

Hi Team

I am in South africa, i want to find a way in thingspeak where you can use correct date format URL in your channel. Basically i tried to read date format as my local time zone and got a browser error as being unknow.

https://api.thingspeak.com/channels/899906/feeds.csv?start=27-11-2019%27:11:2019&end=27-11-2019%26:11:2019

Try this:

https://api.thingspeak.com/channels/899906/feeds.csv?start=2019-11-27T00:00+02:00&end=2019-11-28T00:00+02:00

The time zone is the "+02:00" part of the start and end times. Remember to add the time zone to both the start and the end times. I believe South Africa time zone is +02:00.
