how to begein with Polyline map grid

I have done the clustering of the locations and now i would like to do the Polyline map for the provided location/clusters.

Do you guide me how should i begin with it ?

you can just plot any set of point and later you can let me know how shall i shall with polyline map for this points.

@SatyaPrakash Gupta, the onus is on you to set the foundation of your own question. This is best done by providing a minimal working example that demonstrates the problem so volunteers can spend their time helping you solve that problem rather than spending their time trying to recreate the problem which often leades to a mismatch between the real problem and the one we had to invent.

"sorry i cannot share the image." This is why the conversation ended. Of course you can share an image (if that's even relevant to the problem) or any data you're working with along with code that recreates the problem. If the data are sensitive, make up a new dataset that looks like the real data.
