How can I convert a neural network/fuzzy code to Java?

I am doing the same task. currently I am successful to convert one template .m file to Java package using Matlab builder JA but when I try to .fis with .m coded it appears errors. if u find any solution please let me know or if u want to work with me as a team most welcome [e-mail]
