plotting a point in 3D

How i can i plot the New_P in 3D

i'm using robotic toolbox peter corke

i should use trplot() function but it's not working

 P = transpose([2,3,4,0]);
 New_P = trotx(45) * P

You can draw this point using plot3()

P = transpose([2,3,4,0]);
New_P = trotx(45) * P;

plot3(New_P(1), New_P(2), New_P(3), '+');

How to make the '+' symbol larger?

You can specify the marker size like this

plot3(New_P(1), New_P(2), New_P(3), '+', 'MarkerSize', 10);
