how to generate a profile by using simplex method or feasible direct method?

i am trying to interpolate points to generate a profile based on simplex method in matlab, where ρ and ζ values are used for generation of profile but i am unable to write a code without any function defined

any suggestions how to develop a code and thanks in advance
