Fit 3D vessel shape surface on 3D elliptical contours

Hello,

I need to reconstruct a vessel (cylindrical shape) from observed vessel contours (elliptical contours).

I get several 3D elliptical contours, located in the space and expressed wether as points coordinates (x,y,z) or ellipse coordinates (cx,cy,cz,r1,r2), and I wanted to fit a closed vessel-like shape. You can see an example of contours to fit below.

I don't know how to do that or if it is possible. Can you help me ?
