convert from C# to matlab

Do any one have tool or function to convert code written by C# language to matlab.
please help me

He asked for C# to matlab not matlab to c++ .

If you have .NET libraries, they can be invoked directly in MATLAB. See Work in MATLAB® with .NET libraries.
