How can I save the reflectance output that have value range [0-1] to TIF image in Matlab?

I am converting Digital number Landsat 8 image to TOA reflectance and got the output. I use imwrite to save them to TIF images. However, their value are changed into [0 -255]. How can I save to TIF file without any change? Help me!
