Keep getting Error: "Derivative of state '1' in block 'ECSE324_C​aseStudy1S​imulink/In​tegrator' at time 203.47847445739953 is not finite. The simulation will be stopped."

I need to build a SIMULINK model for a system of differential equations but I keep getting the error mentioned above. I haven't used SIMULINK very much and it would be helpful if I could see what the values of the variables for each time step were so I could debug. Where am I going wrong with my model? I tried to change it to ode15s but it still won't work.

The following link shows a similar case where the customer is facing an issue for non-finite derivative for an integrator block.
