i have a lot of points and i want to define under this conditional

cond_1 = x > 0 & x <= 60 & y <= 60;

cond_2 = x > 60 & x <= 100 & y<=60 & y <= sqrt((r.^2)-((x-x0).^2))+y0 ;

cond_3 = x > 100 & x <= 160 & y <= 60;

when i write that , this doesnt work.
