How to create a simulink block from an m file?

I want to create a simulink block from m file.I have Matlab R2009a. Should I choose "Embedded Matlab Function" or "Matlab Function" from Simulink library under User-Defined functions? Moreover, I watched a video in which the same task was achieved using "Matlab Function" whose link is below: http://www.mathworks.com/videos/incorporating-matlab-algorithms-into-a-simulink-model-69028.html In my case when i double click "Matlab Function" block it does not open Editor.What to do?

In newer releases, 'Embedded MATLAB Function' has been renamed to 'MATLAB Function' and 'MATLAB Function' has been renamed to 'Interpreted MATLAB Function', The video refers to the newer names. If you'd like to follow the video, use the 'Embedded MATLAB Function' block. See here for a comparison of the two blocks.
