How to find the Bluetooth interface: bnep0 to connect the Parrot Mambo drone to Simulink using Ubuntu 20.04?

I am trying to connect the Mambo drone to Simulink using Ubuntu 20.04. I have acquiered a Bluetooth low energy 4.0 usb adapter (LMP version: 4.0 (0x6)). When it tries to connect the bluetooth, then I get the following error: Unable to find the Bluetooth interface: bnep0. That happens even though I have tried several USB ports:
