How to turn off the JIT compiler in MATLAB R2020b?
Is feature jit off or feature accel off still available?

I'm just curious why running the program again after using feature JIT off and feature accel off can still achieve good acceleration effect, so I doubt whether JIT compiler has not been turned off.

That would have no effect since 2015b.

No. All MATLAB code is JIT compiled in releases 15b and later.
