SOLVED: How to install JA Builder

I've had a Service Request open for probably 3 weeks now and cannot seem to get an answer on this. IF I type 'ver' should I see JA Builder listed along with MATLab and MATLab Compilier? If not, what do I do to enable JA Builder? If so, should I also see JA Builder listed when clicking on my Trial License on the website? When looking at my trial license on the website, it too only lists MATLab & MATLab Compilier.

I've applied twice now for JA Builder trials, and both times I've yet to have it listed on either my license or via the 'ver' command

UPDATE: I was finally given a 3rd license that includes MATLAB Builder JA. YAY ME!
