Here is the simple solution:
SOL = solve(mr*(hfgr + (.68*cpgr* (t2-t1)))==mw*(hfgw + (.68*cpgw *(T1-T2))), F*Ao*Uo*LMTD==mr*(hfgr + (.68*cpgr* (t2-t1))))
t2 = double(SOL.t2);
T2 = double(SOL.T2);
