Can I install/access 32 bit libraries on a 64 bit Windows machine?

I have a Visual Studio application that I need to build as a 32 bit application on a 64 bit machine. Previously, on a 32 bit machine, I linked in Matlab libraries to generate output (libmat.lib, libmex.lib, libmx.lib). Is there a way to access 32 bit versions of these libraries on the 64 bit machine, which has 64 bit Matlab installed?

You can install a 32-bit Matlab on a 64-bit machine also.
